Thomas Henry INKSON [b: 13 Apr 1856] Family Group

Thomas Henry Inkson [Thomas Harborow and Martha's 'Forgotten Son'] was not known to the 20^th century Inksons until the census records were published on line. Of course, the only 'witnesses' we have are the census records and they show that in his childhood and youth he was not with the rest of the family. That might not be correct however as he was an 'inn keeper' in Burnham when the first child of his and Emma Bezant's was born in 1877 - and that was where Thomas Harborow, Martha and the rest of the family were living.
By the time that that first child died in 1879, Thomas Henry and Emma Bezant were in Norwich, where they seem to have stayed for the rest of their lives.

Mildred Lucy Emma, daughter of Thomas Henry and Emma Bezants Inkson, was baptised in the village church Burnham Sutton cum Ulph on 1 Dec 1877 as 'Mildred Emma'. The 'Lucy' only comes from her civil registrations [birth and death] where she was 'Mildred Lucy E'.

Winnie Ethel was baptised in the church of Thorpe Episcopi [on the eastern edge of Norwich] on 5 Sep 1880 but the family address is given as North Heigham.
She married William George Ford, a railway clerk, on 5 Jun 1907 in St Philip's Heigham. There were no children as far as can be told.

No baptism record has been found for Alfred.
He married Ida Laura Howard very late [he was 55 years of age and she was 46] on 24 Apr 1935 in St Barnabas' Heigham at which time he is described as a cab proprietor like his father. The couple had no children of course.

Charlie was baptised in St Philip's Heigham on 9 Oct 1891. The parish record gives his date of birth.
He married Eveline S Bellward, his widowed landlady, very late in life. No parish record of the marriage has been found. Like Alfred and Ida above, this couple had no children either.

No baptism record has been found for Harold Thomas.
He married Lubraa Estelle (Stella) Beckham in Shinfield, Berkshire on 8 Jul 1918. There were no known children.
Stella died in 1941, after which Harold Thomas married again : Joan Robinson in Crosby, Lancashire in Q3 1942.
