The 17th & 18th Centuries INKSON Family in England

This page gives the raw data found so far for the Inksons in England in the 17th & 18th Centuries.

The original list has been updated with more information found : line items added in late October 2020 highlighted in blue and items added subsequently have been highlighted in red. Where list items have been incorporated into trees they have been highlighted in green rather than being deleted. [Where both are true the date is highlighted in blue or red as appropriate and the item is highlighted in green.]

There have already been some surprises with the family name appearing in Dorset and Devon although none have been found [yet!] in either county in the subsequent centuries.

The data below comes from searches conducted in ancestry.com. It does not include data separately claimed by individual family trees on that web domain. In the data, normal text means that an image of a written record - typically the parish register - has been seen whereas red text means that no such image has been seen so treat the data with caution. Sometimes the baptism record also provides the date of birth, typically when the baptism was not within days of the birth. Other data, which might be linked to a person in the record, is given in italic text below the baptism record.
